Bathrooms / Plumbing

• Added 3rd bathroom and installed new plumbing (2016)

• Remodeled the other 2 bathrooms (2020)

• Replaced the sewage lines in and out of the house (2016)

• Added 2nd main drain clean-out line (2016)

• Installed 2 new water heaters (2015)

• Added new fans in bedrooms and on porch (2019)

 

Kitchen

• Refinished all kitchen cabinets and put in new hardware (2019)

• Installed new kitchen faucet (2020)

• Installed gas double oven (2017)

• Replaced garbage disposal (2018)

 

Lighting / Electrical

• Installed new AC for house (2015)

• Added led can lights throughout whole house and ran new electrical lines and dimmer switches (2019)

• Installed Jonathan Adler Meurice Chandelier in Dining Room and ran new electrical line (2019)

• Replaced exterior lights (2020)

• Added entry light and ran new electrical line (2018)

• Painted the interior of the house (2020)

• Built out the laundry room with new cabinets, led lighting, a long quartz countertop (great for folding!) and a new laundry door (2019)
